RESOLUTION 01-07
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A FEE PURSUANT TO SECTION 3-1-2 OF THE EAGLE
CITY CODE, TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT BY RESOLUTION OF A FEE
FOR A CITY DA YCARE LICENSE, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing for the proposed fees has been published in The Idaho
Statesman as required by Idaho Code §63-1311A and;
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved establishing a fee for a City Daycare Licenses by this
Resolution in Ordinance No. 377;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1: The fee for a City Daycare License shall be in the amount of $50.00, to be paid at the
time the Application for a City Daycare Licenses is submitted to the City Clerk.
Section 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and
approval.
ADOPTED by the Eagle City Council, Eagle, Idaho.
