ORDINANCE NO. 12
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE REPEALING SECTION l8-204(a)
OF THE EAGLE CITY CODE, RELATING TO LICENSE LIMITED TO CERTAIN
POPULATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL Œ' THE CITY
OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:-
Section 1. That Section l8-204(a), Eagle City Code,
relating to license limited to certain population, is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor, which
emergency is hereby declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication as required bylaw.
Passed by the CityCouncil and approved by the Mayor of the
City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho, this 14th day of August, 1972.
