ORDINANCE NO. 15
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE RELATING TO PENALTY,
LICENSE, AND APPLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY 'THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EAGLE', ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:

Section 1. PENALTY: Any person convicted of a
violation of any ordinance of the City, may be fined
in a sum not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00)
for any offenses and such person may be confined in jail
for a period of not more than thirty (30) days. Either
or both, such fine and imprisonment may be imposed: and
in addition thereto, any person so conficted shall pay
costs as the Court may assess.
Section 2. LICENSE: When a person is convicted of
a violation of any Section of this Code or any
Ordinance of the City of Eagle, any license previously
issued to him by the Municipality may be revoked by the
Court or by the Municipal Governing Body.
Section 3. APPLICATION: The penalty herein
provided shall be applicable to every ordinance of
the City the same as though it were a part of each and
every separate ordinance. Any person convicted of a
violation of any ordinance of this City shall be deemed
guilty of a misdeffi€anor. A separate offense shall be
deemed committed for each day during or on which a
violation occurs or continues.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the
Mayor of the City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho, this
12th day of March, 1974.
