ORDINANCE NO. 23
An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 10 3-9.3
to repeal the Rear Setback line requirements contained
therein and creating a minimum setback line in lieu
thereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1.
That the minimum setback on the
rear line requirement set forth in Ordinance No. 10,
3-9.3 be and the same is repealed.
Section 2.
The minimum setback on the rear line
is declared to be as follows:
