AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES OF ELECTED OFFICIALS,
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF EAG~~I +DAHO:
Section 1 - MAYOR AND COUNCIL: SALARIES: Comm~ncing
January 1, 1976 the salaries of the Mayor and of the
members of the Eagle City Council shall be as follows:
(a) The Mayor of Eagle shall receive a ~eat~JY salary
in the sum of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($lS0.0~).
(b) Each member of the Council shall receive a monthly
salary in the sum of Twenty Five Dollars ($25.0~).

the salaries of the Mayor and of the
members of the Eagle City Council shall
be as follows:
(a) The Mayor of Eagle shall receive a
monthly salary in the sum of One
Hundred Fifty Dollars (5150.00).
(b) Each member of the Council shall
receive a monthly salary in the sum of
Twenty Five Dollars (525.00).
