Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the
City of Eagle, Idaho:
Section 1. That there is appropriated out of ~ny
money in the City Treasury, for the purpose of
defraying the necessary expenses and liabilities of the City
of Eagle t Idaho, for the interim period beginning ~Tanua.ry 1.,
1975, until the annual appropriation ordinance is approved,
the sum and sums of money or so much thereof as may be

1976, UNTIL THE ANNUAL APPRO-
PRIATION ORDINANCE IS APPROV-
ED, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS
OF 50-1005, IDAHO CODE.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and
council of the City of Eagle, Idaho:
Section 1. That there Is appropriated
out of any money in the City Treasury, for
the purpose of defraying the necessary
expenses and liabilities of the City of
Eagle, Idaho, for the Interim period
beginning January 1, 1975, until the
annual appropriation ordinance is ap-
proved, the sum and sums of money or so
much thereof as may be necessary for the
following amount, to -wit:
TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS S10,000.00
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in
force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication.
