ORDINANCE NO. 27
An Ordinance amending Ordinance N°.7 Section 3-117:
to change the time and place of meetings.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1.
That the time and place of meetings
set forth in Ordinance No.7, Section 3-117 be and
the same is repealed.
Section 2.
The time and place of meetings shall
be in the City Hall of the City of Eagle on the second
Tuesday of each month at 7:30 o'clock P. M. of said
day.
If the said Tuesday of any month is a holiday,
the meeting shall be held the evening following at the
same hour.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor
of the City of Eagle, A
