ORDINANCE NO. 28
An Ordinance amending Ordinance No.1, Section
4-101 to change the official newspaper for the City
of Eagle. .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1.
That the Official Newspaper for the
City of Eagle as wet forth in Ordinance No.1,
Section 4-101 be and the same is repealed.
Section 2.
The Official Newspaper for the City
of Eagle is declared to be the Idaho Statesmen.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor
of the City of Eagle, A~~un.ty, Idaho, this
