Be it ordained by the Mayor and Counci I of the
City of Eagle, Idaho:
Section I. That there is appropriated out
money in the City Treasury, for the purpoS
defraying the necessary expenses and liabi lities of

PROVIDED FOR, FOR THE IN-
TERIM PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1,
1977, UNTIL THE ANNUAL APPRO-
PRIATION ORDINANCE AS AP-
PROVED, PURSUANT TO THE
PROVISIONS OF 50-1005. IDAHO
CODE.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and
Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho:
Section 1. That there Is appropriated
out of any money In the City Treasury,
for the purpose of defraying the neces-
sary expenses and liabilities of the
City of Eagle, Idaho, for the interim
period beginning January 1, 1977, until
the annual appropriation ordinance is
approved, the sum and sums of money
or so much thereof as may be neces-
sary for the following amount, to -wit:
Ten Thousand Dollars (510,000.00).
Secilon 2. This ordinance shall be in
