1. CALL TO ORDER: HYER called the meeting to order at 1:25 pm
2. ROLL CALL: MORTENSEN: absent; HYER: present; THAEMERT: present; SOELBERG:
present; ROGERS: present.

4. NEW BUSINESS
Amendment of Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Library Budget
The city clerk indicated the actual carry forward amount for this year’s budget was
$134,580 and Mr. Bumgarner proposed a budget on how to allocate those resources. The
proposal included adding an amount to the reserve fund, changing two part-time positions
to full-time positions, adding additional money to the carpeting reserves and adding
money to fund Trustee travel.
After discussion, THAEMERT made the motion to approve the budget as proposed with
the item for trustee travel but not the additional item for marketing.

All Approved. MORTENSEN absent.
