a. Director's Report
Mr. Bumgarner provided the directors report. Borrowing continues to increase along with
class attendance. The staff is working to identify how the data from Cengage can be used to
improve services.
b. Library Liaison / City Hall Reports

6. NEW BUSINESS
None
7. OLD BUSINESS: LYNX! Consortium application from Kuna Library District.
Kuna's application has not been submitted as of the date of the meeting.
8. PUBLIC COMMENT:

9. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
MORTENSEN moved to enter into executive session at 2:15pm under §74-206(c) to acquire an
interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency. A roll call vote was held.
All approved. ROGERS absent.
