AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES OF ELECTED OFFICIALS,
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
D PROVIDING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1 - MAYOR AND COUNCIL:
SALARIES:
Commencing January 1,1978, the
salaries of the Mayor and of the members of the Eagle City Co nci1 shall
be as follows:
(a)
The Mayor of Eagle shall receive an annual salary
n the sum of
Four Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($4,200.00).
(b)
Each member of the Council shall receive an annual salary in the
sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR ANL) COUNCIL OF EAGLE,
IDAHO:
Section 1 — MAYOR AND COUN-
CIL: SALARIES: Commencing Janu-
