An ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 10 to
create Section 3-2.7 - 3-2.9 establishing an agricultural
zoning district.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. 3-2.8 Purpose
It is the purpose of the A District classification
to provide regulations and districts for various
agriculture activities to be carried out.
Section 2. 3-2.9 Uses Allowed
Dairy farm, dwelling unit, single family, public
utility facility, use of land for agricultural
purpose, use of land for the raising of domestic
livestock, hogs, pigs, poultry, household pets,
or chinchillas for commercial or private use.
All other uses prohibited.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor
of the City of Egle, Ada County, Idaho, this
