An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 28 to change the
CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
Sec tion 1.
That the Official Newspaper for the Cit~ of
Eagle as set forth in Ordinance No. 28 be ~d the S~e is
repealed.
Section 2.
The Official Newspaper for the City of E4g1e
is declared to be the Valley News Times.

the City of Eagle is declared to be the
Valley News Times.
