AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE DEFINING A GEOGRAPHICAL AREA
OF CITY DiP ACT MfD ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVP'. DATE. PURSUÅ~
TO SECTION 67-6526, IDAHO CODE.
BE IT ORDAnlED by the mayor and city council of the City of
EA~le, Ada County, Idaho:
Section 1.
PURPOSE:
The purpose of establishin~ an area of city imPAct is to
identi~y a lo~ical urban frin~e area adjoinin~ the City of
Ea~le, Idaho. The urban frin~e area is realizin~, or will
realize, development pressure that must be planned for in an
orderly manner.
Section 2.
CONSIDERATION:
The followin~ factors were considered by the plannin~
commission and the Ea~le City Council in the establishment of
an area of city impact:

Areas that can reasonably be expected to be
annexed to the city in the futurft.
Section 3.
GEOGRAPHIC AREA OF CITY IMPACT:
The officially adopted geographic area of city impact is
shown on the attached map entitled, "Area of City Impact for
Eap:le, Idaho."
Section 4.
EFFF.CTIVE DATE:
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its pa8s.~e, approval and publication a8 required by law.
Passed by the city council and approved by the mayor of the
City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho, this day' of
1978.

by the planning comtnission and the
Eagle City Council in the establishment of
an area of city impact:
1. Trade area;
2. Geographic factors; and
3. Areas that can reasonably be
expected to be annexed to the city in the
future.

CITY IMPACT:
