AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROP~IATION or MONEY rOR ~LL THE NECESSARY
EXPENSES AND LIABTLITIES OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING THE FIRST DAY OF OC'r10BER, 1979, AND
ENDING THE THIRTIETH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1980. THIS ORDINANCE BEING
KNOWN AS THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL, AND DECLARI:NG AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO;
Section 1. The following is a statement of true revenues
of the City of Eagle, Idaho from taxes for the! fiscal
year commencing October 1, 1979 and ending Septembe~ 30, 1980.
Taxes
$24, 625L 412
Section 2. That the following sums of money, or so much
thereof as may be nece~sary,. are hereby approptr'iated out
of any money in the City Treasury of the City of Eagle~ Ada
County, Idaho, not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of
defraying any and all necessary expenses and liabilities for
the said City of Eagle, to Be incurred for general hrunicipal
purposes for the fiscal year commencing the 1st dayi of October,
19_79, and ending Septemõer 31, 1980, said purposes being as .

Section 3. The amount of~oney derived from f~nds or sources
created by law for the specifted purposes in tþis Ordinance
provided is hereõy appropriated for such purposes ahd no other.
Section 4. The City Clerk of the City of Eagl~ is hereby
authorized,upon presentation of proper vouchets approved
by th.eMayor and City Council of the said City of E41gle as
provided by law, to draw his warrant on the funds a~ove stated
and against the appropriation as made in the precedJng sections
of this Ordinance, in favor of the parties entitledithereto.
Section 5. That this Ordinance be, and the saIþe is hereby
designated as "THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL OF THE CITY OF
EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO FOR THE FISC~L YEAR OF 1979 ~. 1980..
."
Section 6. WHEREAS, there is an emergency the~efor, which
emergency is declared to exist, this OrdinanCie shall take
effect and be in force from after its passage, appp:-oval and
publication as required by law.
