IDAHO, AS PROVIDED BY SECTION 50-222, IDAHO CODE, A
AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council 0
City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho as follows:

IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED that the following described
real property shall become hereafter property withi the
City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho, to-wit:
Beginning at the corner for Sections Seven (7) , Eight
