ORDINANCE NO. 49
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF THE AREA HE INAFTER
DESCRIBED TO THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, AS PR VIDED BY
SECTION 50-222, IDAHO CODE, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Eagle, Ada County, Idaho as follows:
Section 1.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED that the following described eal property
shall become hereafter property within the City of Eagle Ada County,
Idaho, to-wit:
Beginning at steel pin on the section line which be
538.14 feet from the section corner common to Sections 9
and 16, Township 4 North, Range 1 East, B.M.; thence Wes
section line 106.59 feet to a point, which is the real p
beginning; thence continuing West 138 feet to a steel pi
Northerly right-of-way line of Idaho State Highway 44; t
East along said right-of-way line, 121 feet to a point;

Section 2.
That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal
description and map which shall plainly and clearly desi nate the
boundaries as altered, to be filed with the Ada County Reorder,
Ada County Assessor, and the State Tax Commission within 10 days
following the effective day of this ordinance.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect fr m and after
its passage, approval and publication as required by law

55°52' East along said right-of-way line,
121 feet to a point; thence North 29°11'
East, 78 feet to the real point of begin-
ning.
Section 2.
