AN ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDA, HO, REP*ALHTG
ORDINANCE NO. 17 OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND AMEND+NG
ORDINANCE NO. 40, ZONING ORDINANCE, ARTICLE IV, TO
INCLUDE THE ADOPTING OF A ~ffiP OF SAID LAND USE! ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY The Mayor and City Counçil of the
City of Eagle, Idaho:

Section 1. The boundaries of said use di~tricts
shall be determined and defined by the adoptiop of a
map on which are shown the boundaries of use d~stricts
so adopted for each portion of Eagle, Idaho. .
Section 2. The boundaries of the use district shall
be established and clearly indicated upon the ~oning map,
which map shall be adopted as part of this ord~nance.
Section 3. The Official Zoning Map is attached
hereto as Annex "A" and is identified by signatures
of the Mayor and City Clerk and dated December! 11, 1979.
