AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. ~7- TO CHANGE
THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER FOR THE CITY OF EAGLE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE Mayor and council of the city o~ Eagle,
Ada County, Idaho:
Section 1. The Official Newspaper for the City of Ea&le as
set forth in Ordinance No. 37 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. The Official Newspaper for the City of Ea~le is
declared to be the IDAHO STATESMAN.
