AN ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 40, ARTICLE VI TO ALLOW A MORTUARY IN A C-2 ZONE CLASSIFICATION
WITH A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE EAGLE CITY COUNCIL OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1.
ADDITION
Ordinance 40, Article VI, Page 17, Line 3 titled MORTUARY
will be changed to add a "C" under C-2 zoning designation.
Section 2.
SEVERABILITY
The provisions of this ordinance are hereby declared to be
severable and if any provisions of this ordinance or the
application of such provision to any person or circumstance
is declared invalid for any reason, such declarations shall not
affect the validity of the reamining portions of this ordinance.
Section 3.
REPEALER
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed, particularly Ordinance No. 40. _J )
