AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 32, SECTION 2 BY ADOPTING
THE 1979 EDITION OF THE UNIFORM FIRE CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. ADOPTION OF UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The Uniform
Fire Code is adopted for the purpose of regulating and governing
conditions hazardous to life and property from fire. The
Uniform Fire Code, 1979 Edition, is hereby adopted. Said
fire code, three (3) copies of which shall be on file at all
times in the Office of the Clerk of the City of Meridian,
shall be made a part of this code as if set out in length
herein.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 32, Section 2 of the
City of Eagle, Idaho and all other ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. The provisions of this ordinance are hereby
declared to be severable and if any provisions of this ordinance
or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance
is declared invalid for any reason, such declarations shall not
affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance.
Section 4. Thåb;this ordinance shall be and is hereby
declared to be in full force and effect, from and after its
passage and approval.
