ORDINANCE NO. t- I
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE. IDAHO. ADOPTING THE LIFE SAFETY
CODE. 1976 EDITION THEREOF, PROVIDING THAT THREE COPIES OF THE
MANUAL AND AMENDMENTS THERETO SHALL BE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE
CITY CLERK; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND FIXING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE.
IDAHO:
SECTION 1. Thère is hereby àdoptèd for the purpose of regulating
and controlling Life Safety of the City of Eagle, Idaho the Life
Safety Code. prepared by the National Fire Protection Association,
1976 edition, hhereof and as the same may hereafter be revised
or amended. And the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as an
ordinance of the city as fully as though set forth at length herein.
SECTION 2. Three copies of the Life Safety Code, 1976, together
with all amendments thereto, duly certified by the city clerk shall
be kept on file in his office for use and examination of and by the
public.
SECTION 3. All ordinances of the City of Eagle, Idaho, in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its _pa~age, approva~. ... ~¿ publication.
