ORDINANCE NO. 63
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF THE AREA HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED TO THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, AS PROVIDED BY
SECTION 50-222, IDAHO CODE, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Eagle, Ada County, Idaho as follows:
Section l.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED that the following described real property
shall become hereafter property within the City of Eagle, Ada
County, Idaho, to-wit:
A tract of land in the NE 1/4 of Section 16, T. 4 N., R 1
E., B, M. Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at steel pin on the section line which bears West
538.14 feet from the section corner common to Sections 9, 10,15
and 16, T. 4N., R. 1 E., B. M.; thence west along the section
line 244.59 feet to a steel pin on the Northerly right-of-way line
of Idaho State Highway 44; thence South 55°52' E. along said
right-of-way line, 214.34 feet to a steel pin; thence North 29°11'
East, 137.76 feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2.
That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal
description and map which shall plainly and clearly designate the
boundaries as altered, to be filed with the Ada County Recorder,
Ada County Assessor, and the State Tax Commission within 10 days
following the effective day of this ordinance.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
