ORDINANCE NO. 64
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF THE AREA HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED TO THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, AS PROVIDED BY
SECTION 50-222, IDAHO CODE, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Eagle, Ada County, Idaho as follows:
Section l.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED that the following described real
property shall become hereafter property within the City of Eagle,
Ada County, Idaho, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Section 16, Township
4 North, Range 1 East, B.M., Ada County, Idaho; thence West
337.01 feet along the section line to a point, the real point
of beginning; thence continuing West 161.39 feet along the section
line to a point; thence South 10°27' West 174.22 feet to a point
on the north right of way line of Highway 44; thence South 55°52'
East 63.61 feet along the north right of way line of Highway 44
to a point; thence North 34°08' East 250.10 feet to a point, the
real point of beginning.
Section 2.
That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal
description and map which shall plainly and clearly designate
the boundaries as altered, to be filed with the Ada County
Recorder, Ada County Assesor, and the State Tax Commission within
10 days following the effective day of this ordinance.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
