ORDINANCE NO 65
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF THE AREA HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED TO THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, AS P~OVIDED BY
SECTION 50-222, IDAHO CODE, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Eagle, Ada County, Idaho as follows:
Section 1.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED that the following described real property
shall become hereafter property within the City of Eagle, Ada
County, Idaho, to-wit:
A tract of land in the NEl/4 NEl/4 of Section 16, Township 4
North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, in Ada County, Idaho, more
particularly described as follows: Commencing at the section
corner common to Sections 9, 10, 15 and 16, T. 4N., R. lE., B.
M; thence South 89°46' West 999.18 feet to a point; thence South
56°10' East 9.20 feet to a point on the Southwesterly right-of-way
line of Highway #44; thence South 56°10' East 200 feet to the
place of beginning; Thence South 33°50' West 150 feet; Thence
North 56°10' West 88 feet; Thence North 33°50' East 150 feet;
Thence South 56°10' East 88 feet to the real place of beginning.
Section 2.
That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal
description and map which shall plainly and clearly designate the
boundaries as altered, to be filed with the Ada County Recorder,
Ada County Assessor, and the State Tax Commission within 10 days
following the effective day of this ordinance.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication as required by la~.
