ORDINANCE NO.6 7
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF THE AREA HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED TO THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, AS PROVIDED BY
SECTION 50-222, IDAHO CODE, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Eagle, Ada County, Idaho as follows:
Section l.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED that the following described real property
shall become hereafter property within the City of Eagle, Ada
County, Idaho, to-wit:
Commencing at the Section corner common to Sections 9,10,
15 and 16, T. 4N., R 1 E., B. M.; thence South 640.80 feet; thence
South 73°36' West 34.62 feet, to the place of beginning; thence
South 73°36' West 302.68 feet; thence South 85°32' West 129.80 feet;
thence North 72°57' West 134.00 feet; thence North 73°30' West 302.70
feet; thence North 78°00' West 52.60 feet; thence North 33°50' East
460.63 feet; thence South 56°10' East 507.15 feet; thence South
56°20' East 254.26 feet, to the real place of beginning.
Section 2.
That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal
description and map which shall plainly and clearly designate the
boundaries as altered, to be filed with the Ada County Recorder,
Ada County Assessor, and the State Tax Commission within 10 days
following the effective day of this ordinance.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
