ORDINANCE NO 70
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 40, ARTICLE III, SECTION B OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, BY ADDING A NEW ZONING DESIGNATION OF M-I A
AND ESTABLISHING THE REGULATIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND SPECIFIC
PURPOSE OF SAID ZONING DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO:
Section 1. That Ordinance 40, Article III, Section B of the
City of Eagle, Idaho be, and the same hereby is, amended by the
addition of establishing a new zoning district of Light Manufacturing
District - Planned Unit Development (M-I A).
Section 2. All the provisions set forth in Ordinance 40,
Article III, Section B. Number 8 shall apply to this zoning
designation with the further provision that development occur
under the P. U. D. process in accordance with Article XII of the
City of Eagle Zoning Ordinance #40.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication hereof.
