ORDINANCE NO. 72
AN ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF EAGLE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 69 DATED
JANUARY 28, 1981 AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 40, ZONING ORDINANCE, ARTICLE
IV ADOPTING A NEW OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
BE IT ORDAINED BY The Mayor and City Council of the City of Eagle,
Idaho:
Section 1. Repeal Ordinance No. 69 Official Zoning Map enacted
January 28, 1981 is repealed.
Section 2. The zoning map attached hereto as Annex "A" and identified
by signatures of the mayor and city clerk and dated July 28, 1981 is hereby
adopted as the "Official Zoning Map" of the City of Eagle.
Section 3. This Official Zoning Map shall be a part of Ordinance #40,
Zoning Ordinance, Article IV.
