AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE' ESTABLISHING ONE VOTING
PRECINCT FOR CITY ELECTIONS AND DESIGNATING THE POLLING PLACE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EAGLE. , IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The city boundaries of the city of EAGLE
shall constitute one election precinct for all city elections
and the polling place for such elections shall be EAGLE CITY HALL.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon its
passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by
law.

Section 50-407 requires that the city council establish
election precinct(s) within their city. This model
ordinance can be used by a city that establishes only
one voting precinct.
