AN ORDINANCE A}ŒNDING ORDINANCE NO. 2~ SECTION 18-210 OF THE CITY
OF EAGLE~ LICENCE FEE., BEER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO:
Section 1. That Eagle City Ordinance No.2, Section 18-210
of the City of Eagle be amended as follows and described by the
following interlineation:
18-210:
LICENSE FEE:
Every person licensed under the provisions of this Chapter
shall pay the City of Eagle, Idaho, an annual license fee for the
sale of Draught and Bottled Beer, or Draught Beer only, the sum of
6fte-h~ftðreð-ð6~~ar8-f$~ee~ge~-~er-aftft~m, two hundred dollars ($200.00)
per annum, payable at the time application for license is filed,
provided however, that all licenses issued under the provisions of
this chapter shall expire on the thirty-first day of December of the
year in which they shall be issued, notwithstanding the fact that such
license may have been issued after January 1. Provided further,
that the fee for a license to sell beer in bottles or cans to be
taken away from the premises where sold and not to be consumed or
opened on the premises where sold, shall be ~weft~y-€fve-ð~~~ar8-f~~5~99~
fifty dollars ($50.00).
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication.
