Ordinance - 1981 - 76 - Amend Sale Of Wine And Licensing - 08/26/1981 ORDINANCE NO. ~~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.4, SECTION 18-305 OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, LICENSE FEE: WINE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO: Section 1. That Eagle City Ordinance No.4, Section 18-305 of the City of Eagle be amended as follows and described by the following interlineation: 18-305 : LICENSE FEE: The license fee imposed and collected shall be the sum of ~~BBõBB-pe~-yea~, ~€aftftð~-e~eeed-ðfte-ftttftd~ed-dðlla~8-f$lBBõBB-pe~ aftftttm-~ð~-~fte-lieeft8e-yea~). $200.00 per year. Such license year shall be from 12:01 A. M. January 1 through December 31, provided, however, should a license be issued for less than a full calendar year, the license fee shall be prorated in accordance with the actual months of issuance.
