AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.4, SECTION 18-305 OF THE CITY
OF EAGLE, LICENSE FEE: WINE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO:
Section 1. That Eagle City Ordinance No.4, Section 18-305 of
the City of Eagle be amended as follows and described by the
following interlineation:
18-305 :
LICENSE FEE:
The license fee imposed and collected shall be the sum of

shall be from 12:01 A. M. January 1 through December 31, provided,
however, should a license be issued for less than a full calendar
year, the license fee shall be prorated in accordance with the
actual months of issuance.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication. -L
