EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA CO
THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING THE FIRST DAY OF OCTOBER, 1
THE THIRTIETH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1982. THIS ORDINANCE
THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL, AND DECLARING AN EMERGE
Section 1. The following is a statement of the r venues
of the City of Eagle, Idaho for taxes for the fis al
year commencing October 1, 1981 and ending September 3 , 1982.

Section 2. That the following sums of money, or
thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropria
of any money in the City Treasury of the City of Eagle
County, Idaho, not otherwise appropriated, for the pur
defraying any and all necessary expenses and liabiliti

purposes for the fiscal year commencing the 1st day of
