Section 1. REPEAL
That Ordinance l'b. 57 of the City of Eagle and all 0
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repeal
Section 2. AOOPTION OF UNIFORM BUILDING CDDE

office of the City Clerk and the City of Eagle being mark and designated
as "Unifo:rm Building Code," (and "Unifo:rm Building Code dix), 1982
edition, and the "Unifo:rm Building Code Standards," 1982 . tion, published

1982 edition, published by the International Conference of Building
Officials, on file in the office of the City of Eagle are ereby
referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully se out in this

Section 3. SE.VERABILI'IY
That if any section, subsection, sentence, clause or hrase of this
o1:1dinance is, for any reason, held to be illlconstitutional, such decision
. shall not affect the :validity of the remaining portions of this
o1:1dinance. '!he City of Eagle hereby declares that it woul have passed
this ordinance, and each section, subsection, clause or p ase thereof,
irrespective of the fact that anyone or rrore sections, s sections,

COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. REPEAL
That Ordinance No. 57 of the City of
Eagle and all other ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed.
Section 2. ADOPTION OF UNI-
FORM BUILDING CODE
That certain documents, three (3)
copies of which are on file in the office
of the City Clerk and the City of Eagle
being marked and designated as "Uni-
form Building Code, (and "Uniform
Building Code Appendix), 1982 edition,
and the "Uniform Building Code
Standards," 1982 edition, published by
the International Conference of Build-
ing Officials, bQ and the same is
hereby adopted as the code of the City
of Eagle for regulating the erection,
construction, enlargement, alteration,
repair, moving, removal, demolition,
conversion, occupancy, equipment,
use, height, area and maintenance of
all buildings or structures In the City
of Eagle providing foe' issuance of per-
mits and collection of fees therefor;
and each and .011. of the regulations,
provisions, conditions and terms of
such "Uniform Building Code, 1982 edi-
tion, and the "Uniform Building Code
Standards," 1982 edition, published by
the International Conference of Build-
ing Officials, on file in the office of the
City of Eagle are hereby referred to,
adopted and made a part hereof as if
fully set out in this ordinance.
Section 3. SEVERABILITY
That if any section, subsection, sen-
tence, clause or phrase of this ordi-
nance Is, for any reason, held to be un-
constitutional, such decision shall not
affect the validity of the remaining
portions of this ordinance. The City of
Eagle hereby declares that it would
have passed this ordinance, and each
Section, subsection, clause or phrase
thereof, irrespective of the fact that
any one or more sections, subsections,
Sentences, clauses and phrases be de-
clared unconstitutional.
Section 4. EFFECTIVE DATE
That this ordinance shall be and is
hereby declared to be in full force and
effect, from this date of final passage,
bpproval and publication.
