Section 1. '!he following is a staterœnt of the re lies
of the City of Eagle, IdaOO for taxes for the fiscal
year cxmœncing October 1, 1982 and ending September 30, 983.

Section 2. '!hat the follCMing suns of rroney, or so ch
thereof as nay be necessary, are hereby appropriated out
of any rroney in the City Treasury of the City of Eagle,
County, Idaho, not otherwise appropriated, for the purpos of
defraying any and all necessary expenses and liabilities or
the said City of Eagle, to be incurred for general munici 1
purposes for the fiscal year comœncing the 1st day of ber ,
1982, and ending SeptenDer 30, 1983, said purposes being s

the Mayor and City Council of the said City of Eagle, as rovided. by
law, to draw on the funds above stated and against the a ropriation
as made in the preceding sections of this Ordinance, in f vcr of the
parties enti tied thereto .
Section 5. '!hat this Ordinance be, and the sarœ is ereby
designated as "THE ANNUAL APPIDRIATICN BILL OF 'IRE C TY OF
EAGLE, Am CDUN'lY, IDAHO FOR '!HE FISCAL YEAR OF 1982-83.
Section 6. WHEREAS , there is an erœrgency therefor, which
5œrgency is declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force f:rom and after its passage, appro 1
and publication as required by law.

presentation of proper vouchers ap-
proved by the Mayor and City Council

stated and against the appropriation
as made in the preceding sections of
this Ordinance, in favor of the parties
entitled thereto.
Section 5. That this Ordinance be,
and the same is hereby designated as
"THE ANNUAL APPROPR-4ATION
BILL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA
COUNTY, IDAHO FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR OF 1982-83.
Section 6. WHEREAS, there is an
emergency therefor, which emer-
gency shall take effect and this force
from and after its'possage, approval
and publication as required by law.

City of Eagle, Ada Caunttyraho, this
