Ordinance No. 84 of the City of
Eagle, Idaho, amends Article IV of Or-
dinance No. 40 as amended by Ordi-
nance No. 72, commonly known as the
Zoning Ordinance, changing the zon-
ing designation of a parcel of property
located within the City of Eagle from
R-5 (Residential) to M-1 (Light Manu-
facturing). Pursuant to the provisions
of Section 50-901A, Idaho Code, the sec-
