OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO
Ordinance No. 88 of the City of Eagle, Idaho, repeals
Article XVII of Ordinance No. 1 which previously governed
the development and construction of subdivision within the
City of Eagle, Idaho. The Ordinance readopts provisions
regarding the regulation of subdivisions within the City
of Eagle, sets forth general provisions regarding admini-
stration of the Ordinance, defines certain words and
phrases and sets forth a procedure for obtaining approval
of a subdivision. The Ordinance also contains standards,
including locations and specifications for streets, inter-
sections and pedestrian walkways and providing for public
sites and open spaces. The Ordinance sets out improvement
standards and requirements and certain hydrologic controls,
requires a subdivider to provide a financial guarantee
in lieu of actual installation of improvements, provides
for penalties for failure to complete construction, allows
for special development certificates (including hillside
subdivisions, planned unit and condominium subdivisions
within flood plains and areas of critical concern), pro-
vides for vacations, dedications and variances, for enforce-
ment, penalties and an amendment procedure, providing a
severability clause and an effective date.
