AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMEN
OF ORDINANCE NO. 78 TO ADOPT THE 1985 UNIFORM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
CITY OF EAGLE THAT:
SECTION 1. ADOPTION OF UNIFORM BUILDING ODE
That certain documents, three (3) copies f whi h a e on
file in the office of the City Clerk and the C'ty of Eag e
being marked and designated as "Uniform Buildi g Cod ", and
"Uniform Building Code Appendix"), i98%-eð:t'b~e , 198 ed tion,

Building Officials, be and the same is hereby opte as the
code of the City of Eagle for regulating the e ctio, c n-
struction, conversion, occupancy, equipment, u , he ght
