AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 36, AND ESTABLISHING
THE SALARIES OF ELECTED OFFICIALS, AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1 - MAYOR AND COUNCIL SALARIES: Commencing
January 1, 1986, the salaries of the Mayor and the members
of the Eagle City Council shall be as follows:
(a) The Mayor of Eagle shall receive an annual salary
in the sum of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00).
(b) Each member of the Council shall receive an annual
salary in the sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars
($1,800.00).
Passed by the Council and Approved by the Mayor of the
City of Eagle, Idaho, this 13th day of August , 1985.
