AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE IV, ORDINANCE NO. 40 OF THE CITY
OF EAGLE, IDAHO, BY INCORPORATING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP INTO
ORDINANCE NO. 40 BY REFERENCE AND BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP BY CHANGING CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF EAGLE FROM R-5
(RESIDENTIAL) TO CBD (CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT).
SECTION 1. That Article IV, Ordinance No. 40 of the City of
Eagle, Idaho, be and the same is hereby AMENDED to read as follows:
SECTION A. OFFICIAL ZONING MAP -- INCORPORATION BY REFER-
ENCE. The districts established in Article IV of this Ordinance as
shown on the Official Zoning Map, as now existing or as may hereafter
be amended, together with all explanatory material thereon, are
hereby adopted incorporated into as-a--part-ef this Ordinance as if
set forth in full within this Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That the Official Zoning Map of the City of
Eagle, Idaho, be, and the same is hereby AMENDED as follows:
That the zoning district for Lots 1, 2 and 3,
Block 8 of Carpenter's Third Subdivision be
amended from R-5 (Residential) to CBD (Central
Business District).
SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY. The provisions of this Ordinance
are hereby declared to be severable and if any provisions of this
ordinance or the application of such provision to any person or
circumstance is declared invalid for any reason, such declaration
shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this
ordinance.
SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become
effective upon its passage, approval and publication in the manner
provided by law.
