AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING TITLE 1,
CHAPTER 11, EAGLE CITY CODE, BY DESIGNATING THE VALLEY NEWS AS THE
OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER OF THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Eagle, Idaho:
SECTION 1. That Title 1, Chapter 11, Eagle City Code be, and
the same hereby is, AMENDED to read as follows:
1-11-2. OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER. Pursuant to the provisions of
section 50-213, Idaho Code, the Edahe--Statesman Valley News is
