AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, ANNEXI
REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY, DESIGNATING THE ANNEXED TE
AGRICULTURE, PROVIDING FOR THE FILING OF THE ORDINP
CITY CLERK AND PROVIDING FOR A SEVERABILITY CLAU
EFFECTIVE DATE.

SECTION 1. ANNEXATION OF CONTIGUOUS LAND. The
described real property, lying contiguous to the City
is hereby annexed to and made a part of the City of Eag

SECTION 2. APPLICABLE ORDINANCES. From and after the
effective date of this ordinance, all property and persons within
the limits of the above-described annexed real property shall be
subject to the provisions of all by-laws and ordinances of the
City of Eagle, Idaho.
SECTION 3. ZONING OF ANNEXED LAND. The above-described
real property is hereby designated as zoning district A (Agricul-
tural) and all maps of the City of Eagle shall be amended to
reflect such designation.
SECTION 4. FILING OF ANNEXATION ORDINANCE. The City
Clerk, within ten (10) days of this ordinance, shall file a
certified copy of this ordinance with the Ada County Auditor, Ada
County Treasurer, Ada County Assessor and the Idaho State Tax
Commission and shall further comply with the provisions of
§63-2215, Idaho Code, regarding preparation and filing of a map
and legal description of the real property annexed herein.
SECTION 5. SEVERABILITY. The provisions of this Ordinance
are hereby declared to be severable and if any provisions of this
ordinance or the application of such provision to any person or
circumstance is declared invalid for any reason, such declaration
shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this
ordinance.
SECTION 6. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become
effective upon its passage, approval and publication in the
manner provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this
day of July, 1986.

Ordinance No. 107 of the City of Eagle, Idaho, annexes certain
real property to the City, designates the annexed territory as
agricultural and provides for the filinf of the ordinance by the
City Clerk, provides for an effective date and contains a severabil-
ity clause.
