AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, ANNEXING CEI
REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY, DESIGNATING THE ANNEXED TERRITOF
AGRICULTURAL, PROVIDING FOR THE FILING OF THE ORDINANCE in
CITY CLERK AND PROVIDING FOR A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE ANE

SECTION 1. ANNEXATION OF CONTIGUOUS LAND. The
property, as specifically described in Exhibit "A" attached he o 0
and incorporated by reference as if set forth in full herein
lying contiguous to the City of Eagle, is hereby annexed to o
made a part of the City of Eagle.
SECTION 2. APPLICABLE ORDINANCES. From and after F-+ Uat
effective date of this ordinance, all property and persons wi
the limits of the above-described annexed real property shal n
subject to the provisions of all by-laws and ordinances of
City of Eagle, Idaho. y
SECTION 3. ZONING OF ANNEXED LAND. The above-descr:

(Agricultural) and all maps of the City of Eagle shall be amen N
to reflect such designation.

SECTION 4. FILING OF ANNEXATION ORDINANCE. The City CIE
within ten (10) days of this ordinance, shall file a certif
copy of this ordinance with the Ada County Auditor, Ada Cot
Treasurer, Ada County Assessor and the Idaho State Tax Commiss
and shall further comply with the provisions of §63-2215, Ic
Code, regarding preparation and filing of a map and lE
description of the real property annexed herein.
SECTION 5. SEVERABILITY. The provisions of this Ordinz
are hereby declared to be severable and if any provisions of t
ordinance or the application of such provision to any persor
circumstance is declared invalid for any reason, such declarat
shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of i
ordinance.
SECTION 6. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become
effective upon its passage, approval and publication in the manner
provided by law.

Ordinance No. 110 of the City of Eagle, Idaho, annexes certain
real property to the City, designates the annexed territory as
agricultural and provides for the filing of the ordinance by the City
Clerk, provides for an effective date and contains a severability
clause.
