ORDINANCE NO. 113
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, ANNEXI'
REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY, DESIGNATING THE ANNEXED TE
RESIDENTIAL, PROVIDING FOR THE FILING OF THE ORDINANCE B
CLERK AND PROVIDING FOR A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND AN
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of
Eagle, Ada County, Idaho;
SECTION 1. ANNEXATION OF CONTIGUOUS LAND.
property, as specifically described in Exhibit "A" atta
and incorporated by reference as if set forth in full
lying contiguous to the City of Eagle, is hereby ann
made a part of the City of Eagle:
SECTION 2. APPLICABLE ORDINANCES. From ane
effective date of this ordinance, all property and pe]
the limits of the above-described annexed real properl
subject to the provisions of all by-laws and ordim
City of Eagle, Idaho.
SECTION 3. ZONING OF ANNEXED LAND. The abo
real property is hereby designated as zoning d
(Residential) and all maps of the City of Eagle shall
to reflect such designation.
SECTION 4. FILING OF ANNEXATION ORDINANCE. The
within ten (10) days of this ordinance, shall filE
copy of this ordinance with the Ada County Audito:
Treasurer, Ada County Assessor and the Idaho State T,
and shall further comply with the provisions of §6
Code, regarding preparation and filing of a ma
description of the real property annexed herein.
SECTION 5. SEVERABILITY. The provisions of t e
are hereby declared to be severable and if any provis .s
ordinance or the application of such provision to )r
circumstance is declared invalid for any reason, sue m
shall not affect the validity of the remaining poi is
ordinance.
SECTION 6. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become
effective upon its passage, approval and publication in the manner
provided by law.

Ordinance No. 113 of the City of Eagle, Idaho,
annexes certain real property to the City,
designates the annexed territory as residential
and provides for the filing of the ordinance by the
City Clerk, provides for an effective date and
contains a severability clause.
Section 1. of Ordinance No. 113 reads in full as
follows:
SECTION 1. ANNEXATION OF CONTIGUOUS
LAND. The real property, as specifically
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if set forth in full
herein and lying contiguous to the City of Eagle,
is hereby annexed to and made a part of the City
of Eagle.

A protlon of the NE one-fourth of Section 19 and
a portion of the SE one-fourth of Section 18, all in
T. 4N., R. 1E., B.M., Ada County, Idaho and
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin marking the Southeast
corner of the said NE one-fourth of Section 19:

along the Easterly boundary of the said NE one-
fourth of Section 19 to a point marking the
Northeast corner of Lot 1 of the said NE one-
