AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING SECTION 1-5-2,
EAGLE CITY CODE, TO PROVIDE THAT REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE CITY
COUNCIL SHALL BE HELD TWICE A MONTH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 1-5-2, Eagle City Code, be, and the
same hereby is, amended to read as follows:
1-5-2: MEETINGS OF THE COUNCIL:
A. Time and Place: The time and place of the regular
Council meetings shall be in the City Hall of the
City on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each
month at seven thirty o'clock (7:30) p.m. of said
day. If the second or fourth Tuesday of the month
is a holiday, the meeting shall be held the evening
following at the same hour.
B. Open Meetings: All meetings of the City Council
shall be open to the public, except as provided fer
in Sectionm-G7.-23*B 67-2345, et seg., Idaho Code.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage, approval, and publication.
