Ordinance - 1988 - 143 - Establish Poll Hours For General And City Elections - 10/11/1988ORDINANCE NO. 143 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1-9-1, EAGLE CITY CODE, TO ESTABLISH THE HOURS DURING WHICH THE POLLS SHALL BE OPEN FOR GENERAL AND SPECIAL CITY ELECTIONS; AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, that: Section 1: Section 1-9-1, Eagle City Code, is hereby amended to read as follows: VOTING PRECINCT, ANB POLLING PLACE AND TIMES FOR VOTING ESTABLISHED: The City boundaries of the City of Eagle shall constitute one election precinct for all City elections and the polling place for such elections shall be Eagle City Hall. At all general city elections the polls shall be open at 12:00 D.M. and remain open until 8:00 D.m. of the same day. and at all special city elections the polls shall be open at 8:00 a.m. and remain open until 8:00 p.m. of the same day.
