AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
141, THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCTOBER 1, 1988 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1989: APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO, AS LIBRARY SERVICE FEES AND GIFTS IN THE SUM OF $44,364,
AND AN IDAHO COMMUNITY SEWER BLOCK GRANT IN THE SUM OF $285,000
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY HE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 141, the appropriation
ordinance for the City of Eagle, Idaho, for the fiscal year
commencing October 1, 1988, and ending September 30, 1989,
be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of $ 44,364 be appropriated out of
Library revenues to be used for activities determined by the
Library Board and authorized by the City Council; and the
additional sum of $285,000 to be appropriated out of an
Idaho Community Sewer Block Grant for activities authorized
by said grant.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication.
