Ordinance - 1989 - 155 - Fy90 Appropriation Ordinance - 09/12/1989GROBEINAL ORDINANCE NO 155 AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1989, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $497,358 TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSE AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF EAGLE FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR, AUTHORIZING A LEVY OF A SUFFICIENT TAX UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY AND SPECIFYING THE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES FOR WHICH SAID APPROPRIATION IS MADE. BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho. Section 1: That the sum of $497,358 be, and the same is appropriated to defray the necessary expenses and liabilities of the City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1989. Section 4: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 5: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage, approval and publication in one issue of the Valley News, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Eagle, and the official newspaper of said City. Said hearing to be held at City Hall, Eagle, Idaho at 7:30 p.m., on September 7, 1989. At said hearing all interested persons may appear and show cause, if any they have, why said proposed budget should not be adopted. PROPOSED EXPENDITURES The following is an estimate set forth in said proposed budget of the total proposed expenditures and accruing indebtedness of the City of Eagle, Idaho for the fiscal period October 1, 1989 to September 30, 1990.
