AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 8-2A-3, EAGLE CITY CODE; ENACTING
A NEW SECTION 8-2A-3, EAGLE CITY CODE, TO INCLUDE ALL BUSINESS
AND MANUFACTURING ZONING DISTRICTS IN THE DESIGN REVIEW OVERLAY
DISTRICT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 8-2A-3, Eagle City Code, be, and
the same hereby is, repealed.
Section 2: That a new Section 8-2A-3, Eagle City Code, be,
and the same hereby is, enacted to read as follows:
8-2A-3 DESIGN REVIEW OVERLAY DISTRICT: The Design Review
Overlay District shall encompass all limited office,
business, and manufacturing districts, as set forth in
Section 8-2-1 of this Code.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage, approval, and one (1)
publication of this Ordinance, or a summary thereof in
conformance with Section 50-901A, Idaho Code, in the official
newspaper of the City of Eagle.
