VALLEY REGIONAL TRANSIT AND CITY OF EAGLE
AMENDMENT No. 1
This COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 1 is between VALLEY REGIONAL TRANSIT (VRT),
the regional public transportation authority organized under the laws of the state of Idaho for Ada and
Canyon Counties, and CITY OF EAGLE a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the state of Idaho.
RECITALS
A. The current Cooperative Agreement between the parties is effective from October 1, 2023 to
September 30, 2024.
B. VRT and City of Eagle wish to amend the On -Demand operating service hours noted in the Special
Assessment section of the agreement.
AMENDMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto as set forth herein, VRT and City of Eagle agree to
amend the existing agreement as follows:
1 Special Assessment
As of April 1, 2024 the On -Demand operating service hours will change from 8:00 am - 5:00
pm to 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.
2 Authority
Each of the persons executing this Amendment on behalf of a party hereto represents and
warrants that he/she is duly authorized to do so and that this Amendment, upon the full
execution hereof, is the legal, binding and enforceable obligation of said party.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, VRT and City of Eagle do, by their respective signatures dated below, agree
to this Amendment and hereby agree to the terms thereof.
